Most engagements combine multiple formats — for example, a brand shoot day might yield a 60-second brand film, a series of social cutdowns, and B-roll for ongoing content.
Project timelines depend on scope. A short-form social video typically takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to delivery. A brand film or documentary piece typically takes 4–8 weeks, including pre-production planning, shoot day, editing, color grading, and revisions. Multi-shoot campaigns or long-form documentary work can extend longer based on production complexity.
Yes. VNTG Point operates with an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot. Drone aerial videography is a core part of most VNTG video productions, used for establishing shots, location reveals, large-scale operations footage, and cinematic transitions. We can also produce drone-only projects when aerial work is the primary deliverable.
Both options are available. Most VNTG Point engagements feature the client's actual team, founder, customers, or operations on camera — authentic, real people. For projects requiring professional talent, voiceover artists, or actors, we source through our network and include casting in the production budget.
You do. All final delivered videos and raw footage are yours to use across any platform, in any campaign, in perpetuity. VNTG Point retains the right to feature work in our portfolio and case studies, with permission for sensitive content. Specific licensing terms are detailed in your project contract.
Yes. VNTG Point specializes in cannabis brand video production — from cultivation B-roll and packaging videography to compliant brand films and dispensary content. We understand Michigan's cannabis regulatory landscape and platform restrictions on cannabis content, and we produce work designed to perform across allowed channels.
Yes. While VNTG Point is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, we travel for video productions across the Midwest and nationwide. Production days outside our home region include travel, lodging, and per diem in the project quote. Many of our clients are located in West Michigan, but our production capabilities are not geographically limited.
